Senior Drupal specialist — v7 through 11 — partnering with UK agencies and
in-house teams. White-label overflow, migrations, and support that doesn't need chasing.
Built for teams that already know they need Drupal.
A
Digital agencies
Winning Drupal work faster than you can staff it. I take on tickets and features under your brand, by the day or in blocks.
B
In-house teams
Maintaining a large Drupal estate that needs a reliable extra pair of hands for the work that keeps slipping down the backlog.
C
Still on Drupal 7
Facing end-of-life with no safe path forward. Migrations to Drupal 10 and 11, planned and executed without losing content or structure.
The deadline that already passed
Drupal 7 reached end of life in January 2025.
No security cover, no core fixes, and a contrib ecosystem that has moved on. Meanwhile
Drupal 12 is due the week of 8 December 2026 — the gap between where those sites are and
where the platform is gets wider every month.
An honest filter: if you want a cheap brochure site or a
WordPress theme flipped, I'm not your person. I work with teams that need real Drupal depth.
What I do
How I plug into your team.
01
White-label overflow
When your pipeline outruns your capacity, I work under your brand. Your client never needs to know I exist.
Day rate · booked in blocks
02
Drupal 7 → 10/11 migrations
Content, structure and custom modules moved across with no data loss and minimal downtime. Also WordPress, Joomla and legacy PHP.
Migrate API · content model · redirects
03
Care plans
Security patches, core and module updates, monitoring and small fixes on a monthly retainer. Defined hours, agreed response times.
Retainer · 10 hrs/month
04
Modules & integrations
Bespoke modules, API integrations with CRMs, payment gateways and AI services — the awkward work other people quote around.
Custom modules · REST · webhooks
05
Headless & decoupled
Drupal back-end with React, Next.js or Vue front-ends, for teams that want editorial power and a modern front-end.
JSON:API · Next.js · React

Performance & security
Core Web Vitals, caching strategy and security audits for Drupal sites that have grown heavy or fallen behind on patches.

Delivery record
Brief to live, measured in weeks.
Four education and university clients, all built on Drupal. The bars show real
time from brief to production — not estimates.
Ramchandra University
2021 · Garhwa · Higher education
A newly established university with no student records system of any kind. Results were ready
and they had no way to produce marksheets — every day without a system was a day students
couldn't receive their results.

Brief to production
The constraint was time, not complexity. A week isn't long enough to design an
elegant general-purpose system, so the job was to scope hard: build exactly what unblocks
them, build it correctly, don't gold-plate. Marksheets are documents people keep for life —
fast could not mean sloppy on the output.
Before
No system at all
Results ready, no way to issue a single marksheet.

After — one week later

SICA Institute
2023 · Vocational · Franchise network
SICA operates through franchise centres rather than a single campus. Admissions, records and
marksheets needed handling centrally while each centre needed its own controlled access.
Before the rebuild none of that existed — records were on paper, centres had no system at all.

In continuous use since 2024
The interesting part wasn't any single feature — it was the permission model.
Putting a franchise network on one platform means every content type, view and form has to be
scoped by role, or centres see each other's data. That's a content-architecture problem more
than a coding one, and it's where most "just build us a portal" projects go wrong.
Paper forms handed in at a counter, no applicant portal, every application typed up by hand.
IMS needed one thing to do two jobs: a credible public website, and a working admissions
system behind it.

~1,000 applications per admission cycle
Building admissions into Drupal rather than bolting on a third-party form
tool is the decision that matters. Applicant data becomes real content — queryable, reportable,
permissioned — instead of a pile of submissions someone exports every morning. The institute
has since brought admissions in-house and the engagement has ended.

Also delivered on Drupal: an online examination system with auto-evaluation
for Ranchi University's PG Commerce department, built during Covid when teaching moved online;
real-estate showcases with lead capture; photography portfolios with booking enquiry flows;
and a multi-division corporate site consolidating five business units under one identity.
Why work with me
The reliable offshore partner you haven't found yet.
Senior, not a trainee
10+ years hands-on, Drupal since v7. You get the person doing the work, not a sales layer in front of juniors.
I work UK hours
Same-day replies and real-time calls in your afternoon — not a 12-hour lag where you lose a day on every question.
I work in your stack
Git, your branching and review process, your ticketing — Jira, Trello, GitHub. You adopt nothing new.
Updates you don't chase
Clear written updates against your tickets, in plain English. You always know where a task stands.
Security-first
I track Drupal security advisories and keep core and contributed modules patched — the discipline institutional sites demand.
White-label and discreet
Your client relationship stays yours. I sign NDAs, and all IP for work I do is yours.
Right now
Our working days actually overlap.

Bookable slots are 09:00–14:00 UK, Monday to Friday — my afternoon and
early evening. Messages sent during your working day get a same-day reply, not a next-day one.
India-based, and upfront about it. That's how you get
senior Drupal work at a rate that protects your project margin.
Engagement
Three ways to work together.

Ten hours a month for maintenance, security patching and support, with an agreed response time. Unused hours don’t roll over.

You keep£1,840
42% margin
No recruitment, no notice period, no bench cost when the work stops.
Longer and retained engagements are discounted. Invoiced in GBP, and as an overseas supplier there’s no IR35 assessment to run — it’s a straightforward supplier invoice.
How we'd start
Start small. No leap of faith required.
01
A 20-minute call
To understand your setup, your stack, and where you're stretched.
02
One paid trial task
A single ticket or fix, so you can judge the work with no commitment.
03
Ongoing engagement
On whichever model fits, once you're confident it works.
Questions
The things agencies ask first.
What hours do you actually work?
I keep my day aligned to UK business hours, so you get same-day replies and can schedule calls in your afternoon. Async updates land overnight where that's more useful.
How do you handle progress updates?
Clear written updates against your tickets, so you always know a task's status without chasing. Calls as often — or as rarely — as you like.
Is my code and client relationship protected?
Yes. I work white-label, sign NDAs, and all IP for work I do is yours. Your client relationship stays entirely with you, and I don't access client systems or data beyond what a task requires.
How do payments work?
Invoiced in GBP, paid by bank transfer or via Wise/Payoneer. Terms agreed upfront — typically per-milestone for projects, monthly for retainers.
Do you work solo or with a team?
I lead every engagement personally. For larger scopes I bring in a small trusted team, but you always have one senior point of contact — me.
What if it isn't working out?
Start with a single paid task. If the fit's wrong, there's nothing to unwind. Ongoing engagements are cancellable with reasonable notice.
Need Drupal done properly, without the hiring headache?
Book a short call and tell me where you're stretched. Worst case, you get a second
opinion from someone who's lived in Drupal for over a decade.
